Registration Details
- Every individual must register for the event through the official online registration portal.
- All participants are required to complete the online registration form with accurate and complete information.
- Upon successful verification of your details, you will receive a Registration Confirmation Email along with a unique Participant ID.
- Participants must provide a valid email address and contact number for communication purposes.
- Ensure to upload a recent passport-size photograph during the registration process.
- The registration fee must be paid online at the time of form submission to confirm your participation.
- Late registrations will not be accepted, so please adhere to the specified registration deadlines.
- Participants are encouraged to review the competition rules and guidelines before completing the registration process.
- Any discrepancies or issues during registration should be immediately reported to the event support team via the provided contact details.
- Keep a copy of the registration confirmation and participant ID for future reference and event access.

- The students who are interested to become School Ambassador need to fill the Registration Form.

Steps of the Events
Event Round Details
Round 1 -Brain Intelligence Round
- It will be an individual round.
- There will be 20 Questions.
- There will be time limit of 12 Minutes.
- Syllabus – Puzzles & Reasoning Syllabus as per standard of the respective classes.
- There will be only one correct answer in each question in the paper.
- The correct answer will reward 4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answers. No marks for unanswered questions.
Round 2 -Area of Interest Round
- It will be an individual round.
- There will be 20 MCQs .
- There will be time a limit of 8 Minutes.
- Syllabus – Current Affairs and GK questions related to Subjects, Cultural Activities and Sports & Current Scenarios.
- There will be only one correct answer in each question in the paper.
- The correct answer will reward 4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answers. No marks for unanswered questions
- Selection criteria – All the students will be selected based on the average marks scored in Brian Intelligence Round & Area of Interest Round.

Round 3 – Interaction Round
- This will a group activity.
- Topics – Current Affair, Domestic Problems & Challenges of the Society
- Instant topics will be given.
- Duration for the Discussion – 10 Minutes
- Selection Process – 50% of the students will be selected from each class for the fourth round.
- A video tutorial will be provided before the actual session. Also, feedback will be shared to individual to perform better in the future.
- Selection criteria – Content of the Discussion, Overall presentations and, confidence level of the students
Round 4 – Know Yourself Round
- Every student must prepare their resume (Instructions will be given prior to the event).
- Every student must prepare their resume.
- Topics – Daily Routine, Subjects, General Awareness, Hobby, Future Planings & Aim of the Life.
- Duration for the Interview – Depends on the Experts.
- A video tutorial will be provided before the actual session. Also, feedback will be shared to individual to perform better in the future.
- Selection criteria – Overall presentations and confidence level of the students, Soft skills presentation and gesture.
Round 5 – Speak-up in the Public Round
- It will be based on Group of classes ( Class 6th to 8th / 9th to 10th / 11th to 12th)
- All the students need to present a PowerPoint Presentation on the given topic.
- The topic will be given prior to the event along with the guidelines.
- Virtual tutorial for the Microsoft basic tools will be given earlier to the competition.
- Level 1: First the students need to introduce their self within 1 minute.
- Level 2: Students need to present the PowerPoint Presentation within 3 minutes.
- Level 3: Students need to give a small speech – “Why you deserve you the Tagline – SOY-2024” within 2 minutes.

- The winner of the tagline – Student of the Year – will get a cash prize with an excellence certificate.

- All qualifiers for the Final Round will get an Special excellence certificate.
- All participants will get a participation certificate based on the round he/she qualified.
- Campus representatives will receive an excellence certificate along with a memento.
- Class prefects will receive a memento and an excellence certificate based on the number of registrations in their respective classes, with a minimum of 30 registrations.
- The best class prefect will receive a cash prize based on the highest number of registrations in each class across the entire school.
- The best teamwork award for the group activity will receive a special recognition certificate.
- The most promising leader among participants will receive a leadership excellance certificate.
- Participants who show exceptional improvement throughout the competition will receive a progress certificate.
- The best creative presentation will receive an artistic excellence certificate.
